Annealed & Phosphated Coils
Drawn wire coils, annealed and phosphate-coated through our processing partners for smooth cold heading and extended die life.

Overview
Annealed & Phosphated (A&P) Coils start as drawn wire coils from our bull block line. The annealing and phosphate pickling stages are carried out through trusted external processing partners — spheroidize annealing softens the material for improved cold formability, while the phosphate and lime/soap coating acts as a lubricant carrier during wire drawing and cold heading, extending tool and die life. Coils are re-inspected at our facility before final packing and dispatch.
